Corporate Associate – Manchester – Salary up to £75,000

The Role

Our client is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join its growing Manchester office. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of corporate work, hands-on involvement in transactions, and the chance to work closely with experienced partners who are committed to developing the team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a mix of autonomy, responsibility and day-to-day support, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to deepen their expertise while being part of a welcoming, close-knit team.

You will play a central role in:

• Managing private M&A transactions, group restructurings, JV and other corporate projects
\n
• Advising on corporate governance, regulatory considerations and general corporate advisory
\n
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of corporate documentation
\n
• Developing strong and lasting client relationships through clear, proactive communication
\n
• Contributing to business development and helping to shape the continued growth of the Corporate department
\n

The Candidate

• A solid background in corporate law (1-5PQE), within a recognised corporate team
\n
• Strong technical ability across M&A and wider corporate advisory work
\n
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload
\n
• A positive, client-focused mindset and an interest in contributing to team development
\n
