Retail Management Recruiter (RPO)This role is primarily based from our office in Telford - Hybrid Working AvailableThe RoleWere looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Management Recruiter to join our growing RPO team, supporting our client World Duty Free.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in either retail store management or ideally retail management recruitment who enjoys building trusted client relationships, identifying high-quality talent and delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Working as part of the ResourceBank team, youll become an extension of the World Duty Free recruitment function, managing recruitment activity across a range of retail management and leadership vacancies.Youll build a strong understanding of the clients business, culture and recruitment needs, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.What Youll Be DoingManaging end-to-end recruitment processes for retail management and leadership rolesPartnering closely with World Duty Free hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and prioritiesSourcing and engaging high-quality retail management candidates through a variety of channelsProactively identifying and engaging passive talent to build strong candidate pipelinesConducting screening interviews and assessing candidates against role requirements and competenciesManaging candidates through the recruitment process from initial application through to offer stageBuilding talent pools and pipelines for current and future retail management requirementsProviding market insight around retail talent, availability and attraction strategiesRegularly visiting World Duty Free client sites and airports across the UK to build strong stakeholder relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the retail environmentDelivering an outstanding candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journeyManaging multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environmentSupporting recruitment reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiativesWorking collaboratively with the wider ResourceBank and World Duty Free teams to share best practice and deliver recruitment objectivesWhat Youll NeedProven recruitment experience within retail, ideally recruiting management or leadership positionsStrong understanding of the retail recruitment market and the challenges of attracting high-calibre management talentExperience recruiting roles such as Store Managers, Assistant/Deputy Managers, Department Managers, Team Leaders or other retail leadership positionsStrong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing multiple vacancies and competing client priorities simultaneouslyConfidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelinesA proactive, organised and commercially focused approachThe ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managersExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage recruitment processes effectively from start to finishExperience working in an RPO, in-house or agency environment would be advantageousWhat Youll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary plus performance bonus25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with serviceHoliday buy & sell scheme, Cycle to Work and IT purchase schemesHealthcare cash plan covering everyday healthcare expenses (including dental and optical), plus shopping discounts and savings offersCompany sick pay and Employee Assistance ProgrammeEnhanced maternity, paternity and adoption benefitsFinancial support for work-related and personal development trainingHybrid and flexible working optionsProgression opportunities within a growing businessAbout ResourceBankResourceBank is a leading provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions.
