Building Information Modelling ManagerLocation: Hybrid - 60% in DWP Hub. Available Hubs: Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Blackpool, Glasgow.The requirement is for candidates with more demonstrable experience in client-side Asset Information Management, information governance, BIM assurance, and ISO 19650 implementation from an asset owner/client perspective.Key Responsibilities:Lead BIM strategy and ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM FrameworkDevelop and manage asset information standards, including AIRs, EIRs and digital handover processesOversee BIM assurance activities including model audits, quality checks and compliance validationEnsure effective integration of BIM outputs with CAFM/IWMS and asset management systemsSupport lifecycle asset management through structured, usable data outputsManage and promote the effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE)Provide leadership and mentoring to BIM team membersDrive stakeholder engagement and BIM adoption across departmentsMonitor performance through KPIs and support innovation, including digital twin developmentEssential Experience:Proven track record in BIM strategy and delivery aligned to ISO 19650Strong experience managing asset information standards (AIR, EIR, COBie, IFC)Extensive BIM assurance experience including audits and quality controlAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and NavisworksExperience integrating BIM with CAFM/IWMS platformsStrong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilityExperience working within or alongside CDE environmentsLeadership experience with BIM teams or digital delivery professionalsDesirable Experience:Experience within asset or facilities management environmentsKnowledge of digital workflow development and process improvementExperience working with external BIM consultants and supply chain partnersFamiliarity with multiple CDE platforms and digital collaboration toolsUnderstanding of BIM applications within CDM and health & safetyTechnical Skills:Revit (advanced modelling, coordination and data extraction)Navisworks Manage (clash detection, aggregation, 4D simulation)CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Asite, Viewpoint, ProjectWise)COBie & IFC data standardsMicrosoft Office & Power BIBIM 360, AutoCADDynamo (desirable)Solibri (desirable)Understanding of CAFM/IWMS integrationTPBN1_UKTJ
