Work Pattern: Compressed hours 37.5 h/w over 4 days with 1 day of each week rotating monthly

What we are looking for:

\n
    \n
  • Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working with 0-5 years age range
  • \n
  • NNEB, CACHE Level 3,NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years and Childcare Development
  • \n
  • Ability to create and maintain timely accurate childcare records and observation records on staff.
  • \n
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team, encourage working together and sharing good practice always being open to the teams ideas and suggestions, making them feel valued and listened to
  • \n
\n

Duties/responsibilities:

    \n
  • To be responsible for providing high quality childcare and education for all nursery children.
  • \n
  • To assist in the day to day, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery.
  • \n
  • To be accountable and proactive in the smooth running of your designated area of responsibility
  • \n
  • To ensure risk assessments are completed daily within your area of designated responsibility.
  • \n
