Here atGXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent7.5T Delivery Driver,to join our Cormar Carpets team inSherburn, LS25 6JH.

Youll be working on a full time, permanent basis 50 hoursper week Monday to Friday starting at 06:00. You will be responsible for delivering products to warehouses and stores.

What youll do on a typical day:

\n
• Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle in full compliance with road traffic laws, vehicle regulations, and company procedures
\n
• Deliver products to high street stores and warehouses, ensuring accurate handling, secure transportation, and timely delivery
\n
• This is a physically demanding role, duties including lifting, loading, unloading, and handballing stock
\n
• Provide excellent customer service while collecting and accurately recording product returns
\n
• Complete vehicle safety checks, maintained tachograph records, reported defects, and always ensure vehicle and stock security
\n

What you need to succeed at GXO:

\n
• A full UK driving licence with category 7.5T entitlement
\n
• A valid Driver Qualification Card
\n
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• No more than 6 current penalty points
\n
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
\n
• Excellent Time management skills and comfortable in working to deadlines, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
