Cluster Housekeeping ManagerThe Kensington CollectionPart of the MCR Property GroupLocation: Kensington & Knightsbridge, LondonSalary: £35,000-£40,000 per annumJob Type: Full Time | PermanentAbout UsThe Kensington Collection , part of the MCR Property Group , is a portfolio of boutique hotels and serviced apartments located in the heart of Kensington and Knightsbridge.Our portfolio includes:Ashburn HotelAshburn ApartmentsClaverley Court ApartmentsChesham Court ApartmentsWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Cluster Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations across all four properties.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the housekeeping teams across all four sites.Ensure guest rooms, apartments and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.Conduct daily room inspections and quality checks.Manage staff rotas, training and performance.Monitor linen, guest amenities and housekeeping stock levels.Work closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.Handle guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping standards.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor.Strong leadership and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Good communication and people management skills.Experience using a Hotel PMS (Guestline, Opera or similar preferred).Flexible approach to working across multiple properties.What We OfferCompetitive salary (£35,000-£40,000)22 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysAdditional holiday for long service (up to 25 days)Birthday leaveCareer development opportunities within the MCR Property GroupSupportive and friendly working environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
