Senior Property Manager | Hertfordshire | Full Time | £30,000£50,000 per annumProperty Management DeptLine Manager: Divisional Head / DirectorsThe RoleResponsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and communicating with clients and leaseholders in line with contracted management terms, and to run and maintain their property/development to the expected standards accordinglyMain Duties & Responsibilities:Preparing annual service charge budgetsInsurance claims handlingInspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided is satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues.Health & Safety Compliance, BSR experienceCoordinate contractorsLiaise with other team members and departmentsBuilding strong and proactive relationships with your clientsRespond to leasehold enquiries in an efficient mannerAttend external meetings as neededTechnical Skills:Knowledge of property management principles and proceduresIRPM or TPI qualification would be advantageousStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with and understand customers needsWorking knowledge of property management software/systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft ExcelProficiency in Microsoft WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with BSR and Health & Safety complianceBenefits:20 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysSalary sacrifice scheme for CarsAfter 10 years, employees will receive one months sabbatical on top of their annual leaveQuarterly team building activitiesWhats next?
