Location: London Rate: £220 per day Job Type: Subcontract Sector: Commercial Facilities Management The Role We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to work across commercial properties throughout London. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of general maintenance and repair works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes. Key Responsibilities * Plumbing repairs and maintenance * Fixing and replacing toilets and associated fittings * Making good following repairs * Repairing and replacing door locks * General fabric and building maintenance * Completing reactive maintenance tasks across commercial properties * Carrying out approximately 2 jobs per day – 1 morning and 1 afternoon Requirements * Previous experience working as a Multi-Trader / Maintenance Engineer * Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills * Experience working within commercial properties * Able to complete jobs independently and to a high standard * Good customer service and communication skills * Full UK driving licence * Own van or car required * Professional and reliable approach What's on Offer * £220 per day * Regular commercial maintenance work * 2 jobs per day * London-based work * Opportunity for ongoing work If you're an experienced Multi-Trader looking for regular commercial maintenance work in London, apply today with your CV
