I'm working with an established multidisciplinary practice to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their team in Flintshire. • Prepare and submit planning applications, drawings and supporting documentation
\n
• Develop projects from initial planning proposals through to detailed construction information
\n
• Attend site visits and ensure projects comply with relevant technical requirements and standards
\n
• Produce technical specifications, tender documentation and detailed working drawing packages
\n

\n
• Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology
\n
• Previous post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based practice
\n
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
\n
• Experience working on residential projects and taking schemes through various project stages
\n
• Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent presentation skills
\n
• High level of attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
\n
• Based within a commutable distance of Flintshire
\n
