The Role

As Second Chef, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the kitchen by:

Supporting and leading the kitchen team day-to-day
\n Preparing nutritious, diet-sensitive meals tailored to residents needs
\n Assisting with menu planning and seasonal meal ideas
\n Managing stock control and food cost guidelines
\n Maintaining high Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
\n Training and developing kitchen team members
