Pay: £220.00-£250.00 per day Job Description: Assistant Site Manager – Coventry Freelance to Permanent Opportunity We're currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading national housebuilder on a 300-unit traditional build, mixed-tenure residential development in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager looking to secure a long-term position, with the role initially offered on a freelance basis before transitioning into a permanent position for the right individual. The Project You'll be joining an established site team delivering a 300-home traditional build development, consisting of a mixture of private sale, affordable housing and shared ownership properties. The development is already underway, offering the chance to work on a well-organised project with a strong pipeline ahead. Responsibilities * Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development. * Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme. * Carrying out quality inspections and snagging. * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across site. * Supporting NHBC inspections and quality benchmarks. * Coordinating labour, materials and deliveries. * Helping deliver plots on time and to a high standard. Requirements * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a residential developer or main contractor. * Experience delivering traditional build housing developments. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * SMSTS or SSSTS. * CSCS Card. * First Aid at Work. * Full UK driving licence.
