You will support teams working with young people who face challenges, using MacIntyres evidence-based PBS framework. Your role will be to:Role model outstanding, person-centred support.Directly supporting "focus support" level learners 2 days a week, with3 days working on plans and assessments.Coach teams in real time to embed best practice.Support with behavioural assessments, data collection and reviews.Develop leadership skills in others to build sustainable, positive cultures of support.Be part of the No Limits PBS Team, managed by our PBS Lead to ensure you are fully supported.What Makes This Role Special Youll have real influence in shaping how young people experience their world.Youll be encouraged to grow your own skills and passions , with development pathways and ongoing mentoring.Youll contribute to ground-breaking external projects that shine a light on MacIntyres person-centred work and help change perceptions of learning disability and autism.Grow with Us You might be an experienced Community Teaching Facilitator (CTF) looking to develop your skills in a different role or a newcomer to Macintyre who has been inspired by and has the passion for PBS: this role offers you the space to thrive and take ownership of your workload.If you're passionate about helping young people build positive futures and believe that great support starts with understanding the person, we'd love to hear from you.#INDAbout YouWho Were Looking For You're not just experienced you care.
