Whitecap Search Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to provide primary care services to underserved patient populations in New York City. Our community health clinics are strategically located at homeless shelters and soup kitchens across all five boroughs, focusing on delivering comprehensive care to the unhoused and high-risk patients.

Our clinics are committed to serving the unhoused patient populations throughout NYC. These facilities are co-located at homeless shelters and soup kitchens to maximize accessibility and impact.

Key Details

• Provide primary care to underserved patient populations.
\n
• Patients include those currently staying at the homeless shelter and other high-risk individuals relying on these clinics for care.
\n
• Clinics operate Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend or late-night shifts.
\n
• Opportunity to pick up overtime shifts on Saturday at the men's shelter or Sunday at the women's shelter, both open from 9 AM to 1 PM.
\n
• Accommodate physicians who treat either all ages or adults only.
\n
• Dozens of clinics operate across all five boroughs; initial discussions will determine the most appropriate site and specific patient needs.
\n
• Two shelters are specifically designated for severely mentally ill (SMI) patients, staffed with appropriate resources for their care.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM).
\n
• Valid New York State medical license.
\n
• Open to all levels of experience, provided candidates demonstrate compassion for this patient population.
