School Psychologist in Ann Arbor, MI

Make a difference in the lives of elementary students as a School Psychologist in the vibrant area near Ann Arbor, MI. This contract position offers the opportunity to join a supportive school environment starting August 24, 2026, and concluding June 4, 2027. The role is ideally full-time but candidates seeking part-time hours will be considered. Onsite presence is required to deliver comprehensive psychological services.

As a valued member of the educational team, you’ll work closely with staff, families, and students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Michigan School Psychologist license (must be submitted with your application)
• Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited college or university
• School-based experience is preferred, particularly at the elementary level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt assessments and interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Commitment to collaboration within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and interpret data to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention services for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to support student success
• Participate in student support teams, eligibility meetings, and staff development
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
