We are looking for a Full-Time healthcare provider to join our Heritage Center in Huntington, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduate NPs to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $116,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
  • This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities.
  • Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for delivering patient-specific medical care.
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents, working alongside other medical professionals in the center.
  • Collaboration with Center Leadership is crucial to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications
  • The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is necessary, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where permitted, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Full-time benefits require a minimum of 30 hours per week, and certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range

Annual Salary: $100,000 - $116,480.
