Job Opportunity: Full-Time Non-Invasive General Cardiologist

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Non-Invasive General Cardiologist to join a supportive and collaborative team in Richland, Washington. Become a part of our well-established and compassionate team at the Inland Cardiology clinic, where you will receive the support needed to expand your practice. You will also have numerous opportunities for ongoing training, mentorship, and academic engagement.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with a desirable weekday schedule, including a half-day on Fridays.
• Call responsibilities: 1 weekday call every other week and 1 weekend call per month, with inpatient APC support.

Team Environment

• Join a large, busy group that includes general, interventional, and electrophysiology cardiology, along with clinic APC support.
• Access to 24/7 cardiothoracic surgery support, experienced hospitalists, and intensivists.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply, with a robust onboarding program available.

Compensation and Incentives

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $400,636 to $743,892. Additionally, there is a recruitment incentive of $100,000 available. The compensation package may also include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable. Furthermore, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be offered to providers.

For those interested, a 100% outpatient general cardiologist position with no call responsibilities is also available.
