Your Responsibilities

    • Take ownership of the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, providing personalized, evidence-based care.

  • Resource Management & Care Planning:
    • Plan proactively throughout the entire patient care journey.

    • Ensure the effective and efficient use of time, personnel, and resources.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
    • BSN from an accredited institution (Preferred)
  • Licenses & Certifications:
    • RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) - Required
    • BLS from AHA - Required
    • ACLS - Required
    • National Certification in your specialty - Preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience - Required
    • Experience with computer data entry - Required
    • Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems - Preferred
  • Essential Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure, effectively managing fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies
    • Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based practice skills
