Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.br brJob Requirements:brbrEducation and Work Experience:br ul liDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent./li liTwo years' Physical Therapy experience: Preferred/li /ulbrLicenses/Certifications:br ul liPhysical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required/li liCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required/li /ulbrFacility Specific License/Certifications:br ul liBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required/li /ulbrEssential Functions:br ul liCompletes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients./li liProvides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques.
