Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current credential or licensure as a School Psychologist or Counselor
  • Master’s degree or higher in school psychology, counseling, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), IEPs, and 504 plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, behavioral observations, and counseling sessions
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ needs
  • Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, providing recommendations and progress updates
  • Offer crisis intervention and consultation as needed
  • Help coordinate resources, interventions, and referrals for students and families
