Operating across multiple markets and supplying a diverse customer base, the business is continuing to strengthen its finance function and is now seeking a Commercial Accountant to join the team.

\n This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified accountant looking to accelerate their career within a commercially focused finance role. \n Your new role
\n
Reporting to a senior commercial finance leader, you will work closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight that supports business performance and growth.
\n Key responsibilities will include:
\n
\n - Partnering with commercial and operational teams to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
\n - Providing commercial insight and financial analysis to support decision-making.
\n - Preparing product costings for existing and new product lines.
\n - Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes.
\n - Challenging and interpreting financial and operational data to improve profitability.
\n - Driving enhancements in financial reporting and business processes.
\n - Building strong working relationships across the organisation to ensure financial information is understood and acted upon.
\n
\n
This is a varied and hands-on position offering exposure to senior stakeholders and excellent opportunities for long-term career progression.

\n What you'll need to succeed
\n
To be successful in this role, you will be:
\n
\n - Newly qualified or recently qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, although part-qualified candidates nearing completion will also be considered.
\n - Commercially minded with a genuine interest in understanding how a business operates and generates profit.
\n - A strong communicator, capable of presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
\n - Analytical with excellent financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
\n - Naturally curious, proactive, and solutions-focused.
\n - Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n - Previous experience within a commercial finance environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
