What you'll do day to day\n
\n - Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
\n - Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test result and additional work necessary.
\n - Ensure quality inspection controls are carried out.
\n - Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
\n - Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
\n - Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Helpful skills and qualifications\n

\n - NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
\n - Previous experience as an MOT Tester
\n - Thorough and meticulous
\n - Efficient & flexible
\n - Ability to work under pressure
\n - Customer & quality awareness
\n - Communication and teamwork skills
\n - Full UK driving licence
\n
