  We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful early years setting.

  The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading the staff team, maintaining high standards of care and education, ensuring safeguarding compliance, and building positive relationships with children and families.

  Essential Requirements\n

    Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (minimum)

  \n
  • \n

    Previous leadership experience within an early years setting

  \n
  • \n

    Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

  \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication and organisational skills

  \n
  • \n

    Ability to lead, motivate and support a team

  \n
  Main Responsibilities\n

  • \n

    Lead and manage the nursery team

  \n
  • \n

    Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

  \n
  • \n

    Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements

  \n
  • \n

    Support children's learning and development

  \n
  • \n

    Build strong partnerships with parents and professionals

  \n
  • \n

    Manage staffing, supervisions and daily operations

  \n
