The Role

• Ensure the safety of care home residents and staff.
\n
• Maintain premises and grounds to a high standard.
\n
• Perform regular maintenance checks.
\n
• Carry out necessary repairs.
\n
• Contact engineers or service agents when needed.
\n
• Conduct fire, basic electrical, and appliance checks with confidence.
\n
• Report and promptly action any faults.
\n
• Keep the grounds tidy.
\n
• Carry out general redecoration work.
\n
• Promote the well-being of residents.
\n
• Contribute to the successful running of the care home as a valuable member of the team.

Our care home Millers Grange provides nursing and residential care for up to 52 residents as well as specialist care for people living with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia.

\n

Working with Care UK, you will assist our residents in everyday life, providing support and companionship. Youll help the residents each day to fulfil their lives and support them in any way they may need. Building relationships is an extremely rewarding part of your role and this is a great opportunity to dedicate your time and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
