Production Operative

Pertemps are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our customer, a family run factory based near Wainfleet All Saints on an ongoing, full-time basis.\n
\n As a Production Operative, youll be an essential part of the factory and warehouse team, playing a vital role in making high-quality products. This is an exciting chance for someone eager to thrive in a welcoming, friendly and fast paced environment.\n
Working hours:\n
\n Monday to Friday 08:00 to finish (typically around 17:00)\n
\n Full time hours available.\n
What will I be paid?\n
\n Hourly rate: £12.83 per hour\n
What will I be doing as a Production Operative?\n
\n

\n
• Operating production machinery to process and package products
\n
• Working on a production line picking, packing and performing other duties.
\n
• Supporting warehouse activities, including stock handling and palletisation
\n
• Keeping the workplace tidy and safe
\n
• Working closely in a team to achieve daily production and warehouse goals
\n
• Promptly reporting any issues to supervisors
\n

\n
What skills and experience do I need?\n
\n

\n
• Experience in a production or warehouse setting, ideally in food manufacturing (preferred)
\n
• Keen eye for detail
\n
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
\n
• Ability to work effectively both solo and as part of a team
\n
• Knowledge of food safety practices (preferred)
\n
• Reliable transport to access the site as there is no public transport.
\n
