\nWe are the main supplier of drivers to our client Royal Mail, which is the UK's designated Universal Postal Service Provider, supporting customers, businesses and communities around the country. The majority of the work is trunking, which involves collections and deliveries of the UK's mail to depots and mail centres nationally. We offer the best rates of pay! Flexible afters & Nights are available.\n
\nYou will need to be an experienced driver with a minimum of 180 days experience within the last year & have held your licence for a year , with less than 6 points or less for minor offences (no DD,DR,IN endorsements & less than 10 infringments).\n
\nThe ideal candidate will be flexible to work any shifts, to incorporate weekend working with rest days during the week.\n
\nIn return, HGV Drivers will receive:\n
\nA good basic rate of pay!\n
\nDriving assessments\n
\nMinimum daily hours guarantee 7.25 hours\n
\nAccrued holiday pay (PAYE).\n
\nAccess to pension (PAYE).\n
\nLocal agency office/consultant.\n
\nWeekly pay.\n
\nOnsite subsidised canteen facility.\n
\nOnsite car parking.\n
\nPay Rates are as follows\n
\nBasic Rate - £21.44\n
\nDawn Rate (Shift start 0201 - 0400) - £22.48\n
\nEarly Rate 1 (0401 - 0500) - £21.99\n
\nEarly Rate 2 (0501 - 0530) - £21.71\n
\nEvening Rate (shift finishing between 2000 - 2139) - £22.22\n
\nLate Rate (Shift finishing between 2140 - 0159) - £23.09\n
\nNight Rate ( Shift covers hours between 2300 - 0500) - £24.57\n
\nDue to the nature of our client's business you will be required to clear a CRB security check following the point of registration.\n
