\n Salary: Up to £54,453 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)

What You'll Be Doing
\n
\n - Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that motivate and inspire every learner.
\n - Adapt teaching to meet individual needs, enabling pupils to achieve meaningful academic, social and emotional progress.
\n - Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil achievement, using assessment to inform future learning.
\n - Prepare pupils for examinations and support a range of assessment activities.
\n - Build positive, trusting relationships that promote confidence, resilience and independence.
\n - Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and external professionals to provide the very best outcomes for pupils.
\n - Contribute to curriculum development, school improvement and the wider life of the school.
\n - Safeguard and promote the welfare, health and wellbeing of every child.

About you
\n
We're looking for someone who:
\n
\n \n - Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
\n - Is passionate about inclusive education and helping every young person succeed.
\n - Brings creativity, enthusiasm and energy into the classroom.
\n - Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
\n - Is resilient, adaptable and thrives in a rewarding specialist setting.
\n - Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
\n - Is committed to continuous professional development and delivering outstanding learning experiences.
\n - Holds a full UK Driving Licence.
