Dental Hygienist – Littleton, CO | Blanchard and Richardson Family Dentistry

Blanchard and Richardson Family Dentistry is a long-standing, patient-focused practice serving South Denver since the late 1970s. With modern technology and a strong moral foundation, we provide high-quality dentistry without over-treatment. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team.

Schedule
\n Full-time (4 days per week)

\n
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
\n
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (no lunch)
\n

Duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
\n
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
\n
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
\n
• Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
\n
• Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the doctor
\n
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
\n
• Discuss and reinforce treatment plans
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
\n
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
\n
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
\n
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow
\n

Requirements

\n
• Active Dental Hygienist license in Colorado (required)
\n
• Current CPR/BLS certification
\n
• Ability to administer local anesthesia
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Detail-oriented with a patient-centered approach
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience and familiarity with Curve software is a plus
\n

• $63 to $65 per hour (based on experience)
\n
