We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant at Sentara Therapy Center Port Warwick in Newport News, Virginia.\n
\n
This is a flexi/PRN role that will provide treatment coverage at 4 outpatient therapy centers in Hampton, Newport News and Yorktown.\n
\n
\nAs a Physical Therapist Assistant with Sentara, youwill administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. May assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.\n
\n
\nProvides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.\n
\n

• Associate Level Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
\n

Certification:\n

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
\n
