OH - NP shifts in Salem - PRN July 13-September 4

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts from July 13-September 4 at their Corporate Health clinic in Salem, OH. Provider will see employees (adults only) for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and Occupational Medicine, which will include hearing screens, first treatment of workplace injuries, and HAZWOPER (Hazmat) physicals. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm and Thursday & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm. Candidates must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Client prefers providers with Occupational Medicine experience. Current shifts needs are July 13 & 15, August 5 & 7, and September 1, 2, 3, & 4.\n
