Client Services Coordinator

This is an On-site Position located in Worcester MA. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the efficient processing and handling of customer orders. Provides support to sales personnel as well as accurate and timely service to clients. Coordinates ordering and receiving process, expedites orders, maintains order status, and punch-list follow-up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for working as sales support and to be the liaison between all operational departments and the sales organization.
