The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities for work-life balance, including no on-call duties or weekend shifts!
We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours weekly) for our facility located in Shillington, PA. This role can be filled by either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,480 to $120,640, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
- Provide primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
- Collaborate with other medical providers within the center.
- Work with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassion.
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week.
