Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team at our facility in Vermilion, OH. This position is based on-site and involves assessing and providing treatment to residents in various care environments, including assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Focus on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and managing pain.
• Document patient progress and treatment details in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
