DelPrete Home Improvements is one of Massachusetts' premier exterior remodeling companies, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee our growing Deck & Outdoor Living Division. We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to build a deck—we're looking for a leader. Someone who takes pride in their work, runs a clean organized jobsite, mentors younger carpenters, communicates professionally with homeowners, and consistently delivers the level of craftsmanship that has earned DelPrete Home Improvements hundreds of 5-star reviews. Our current Lead Carpenter has been promoted to Master Carpenter, where he now oversees scheduling, estimating, material ordering, and quality control. We're looking for the right individual to step into the field leadership role and continue building one of the best deck crews in Massachusetts. Our deck division currently consists of 7 carpenters, and we're booked through the end of 2026. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career—not just another job.
