Manufacturing Associate - No Experience Needed - 1st & 3rd Shift

Location: Remington, IN
Pay: $16–$18/hr
Shift: 1st and 3rd Shift openings
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour schedule
Job Type: Temporary or temp-to-hire

A plastics manufacturing company in Remington is hiring Manufacturing Associates for 1st and 3rd shift openings. No previous manufacturing experience is required.

This is a good fit if you want hands-on production work, training, and a rotating 12-hour schedule where you work about 15 days per month.

In this role, you’ll help make plastic products such as shrink wrap, garbage bags, candy wrappers, and more.

Schedules include:
\n • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM–7:30 PM EST
\n • 3rd Shift: 7:30 PM–7:30 AM EST

Please note: Workdays rotate. You will work 2 days one week and 3 days the next week.

Manufacturing Associate duties may include:
\n • Work in different production departments
\n • Help manufacture plastic products
\n • Inspect products for quality
\n • Package or move finished products as needed
\n • Keep your work area clean and safe
\n • Follow production and safety instructions

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:
\n • No previous manufacturing experience required
\n • Comfortable standing throughout a 12-hour shift
\n • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
\n • High school diploma or GED
