Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with policies and the personalized physical therapy care plan.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the scope of practice.
  • Identify and respond to patient care priorities, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
  • Successfully complete all required orientations, in-services, and training in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Licensure, Certification, and Educational Requirements
  • Possess a valid professional license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate from a CAPTE accredited program. If trained abroad, the program must be recognized as substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level education for Physical Therapists by an APTA-approved credential evaluation organization.
