Compensation & Benefits Compensation\n
\n - Base salary: $150,000-$190,000, depending on experience and schedule

Qualifications Required\n
\n - DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine (or equivalent certification for international graduates)
\n - Successful completion of the NAVLE
\n - Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date

Preferred\n
\n - Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
\n - Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, or companion animal medicine
\n - Leadership experience or interest in veterinary leadership
\n - Strong communication and team-building skills
