Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

We are excited to announce an opening for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our organization is affiliated with a leading healthcare provider, recognized for over 47 years of excellence in the industry, with more than 200 locations nationwide.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting wage for new graduates: $42.50 per hour
• Shift differential of $3.50 for shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM
• Tuition reimbursement available for full-time employees

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
• Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
• Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.

• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
