Position Overview

  • Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 8 hours, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

The role involves providing medically prescribed physical therapy services aimed at evaluating, treating, and restoring function while enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities. You will deliver patient-centered care in line with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices.

  • Conduct patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional enhancement.
  • Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery objectives.
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • A valid state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
