Part-Time Purchasing Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Purchasing Clerk to support purchasing, logistics, and inventory activities within a medical devices and supplies manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or administrative experience who enjoys keeping orders, vendors, and internal teams aligned.

The Part-Time Purchasing Clerk will play an important role in helping production and operations run smoothly by creating purchase orders, tracking vendor activity, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative operations team where organization, communication, and follow-through are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, process, and maintain purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and vendor order status with suppliers and internal teams.
- Track inventory levels, purchasing activity, and open vendor orders.
- Communicate with suppliers, operations, and administrative teams to resolve order or delivery questions.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, logistics, and inventory records for operational visibility.
- Support day-to-day purchasing and supply chain tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25 per hour.
- Schedule: Part-time.
- Location: Irvine, CA.
