Test Technician 1, Instruments Responsibilities Perform production assembly operations and complete system analysis/testing to optimize instrument performance Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, and/or software issues on non-functioning test equipment Analyze test results to determine pass/fail and support corrective actions when failures occur Identify defects and recommend process/design improvements Read/understand drawings and work instructions; follow workmanship standards Train/assist other associates on mechanical and testing activities as needed Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures Test Technician 1, Instruments Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days Mechanical assembly experience/aptitude (good hands with tools) Comfortable working with computers (basic Windows/PC skills) Strong attention to detail Able to work overtime as required Test Technician 1, Instruments Preferred Qualifications AA degree in mechatronics or a related field OR equivalent experience troubleshooting (electrical/mechanical/software) Medical device/manufacturing background (helpful, not required) Experience interpreting drawings and measuring dimensions (gauges/torque drivers, etc.) If you think this Test Technician 1, Instruments position is a good fit, reach out—call, email, or apply.
