new Senior Quality Engineer role to strengthen quality engineering across our internal platforms and client delivery teams.This is a
hands-on senior role for someone who loves building robust test automation, embedding quality into modern delivery pipelines, and coaching others to raise the bar. You’ll work across a variety of technology stacks, environments, and delivery models, with the opportunity to influence how quality is done across TXP.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll work as part of agile, cross-functional teams (typically 4–8 engineers), delivering high-quality solutions through short, iterative release cycles. Your focus will be on
quality engineering, not just testing.Key responsibilities include:\n
\n - Designing and building test automation solutions from scratch
\n - Leading and supporting testing across automation, performance, security, and non-functional areas
\n - Performing detailed test analysis and test design for complex, highly integrated systems, including regulated environments
\n - Applying TDD, BDD, and risk-based testing approaches
\n - Supporting CI/CD pipelines and championing shift-left quality practices
\n - Delivering testing and assurance across all levels: \n
\n - Unit, Component, CIT
\n - System, Integration, End-to-End
\n - Non-Functional Testing
\n - Supporting UAT and BAT
\n
\n - Analysing business requirements and defining effective testing strategies
\n - Managing test data, test artefacts, and testing collateral
\n - Collaborating closely with developers, including pair programming
\n - Coaching and mentoring less experienced testers and quality engineers
\n - Working in line with TXP’s technical, service, and quality standards
\n
What we’re looking forYou’ll be an experienced quality professional who is comfortable operating at senior level while remaining hands-on and delivery-focused.

\n - Strong experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks
\n - Delivery within iterative/agile environments

Technical skills:\n
\n - Strong software testing and quality engineering expertise
\n - CI/CD pipelines
\n - Git / GitLab
\n - Excellent communication and coaching skills
\n - Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
\n
Experience with some of the following is highly desirable:\n
\n - JUnit, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber
\n - Postman, Gatling, OWASP ZAP
\n - Docker / Kubernetes
\n - Azure and/or AWS
\n - Accessibility standards and tooling (WCAG, Wave, Axe)
