A well-regarded 2-form entry primary school in Ealing Broadway is seeking a Year 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 for the full academic year.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

\n
• Teach a Year 2 class from September 2026
\n
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
\n
• Prepare pupils for the end of Key Stage 1 assessment framework where appropriate
\n
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
\n
• Monitor progress and use assessment to inform teaching
\n
• Work collaboratively with the parallel Year 2 teacher and wider KS1 team
\n
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
\n

Requirements

The school is looking for a teacher who:

\n
• Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n
• Has experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 2
\n
• Has a secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment
\n
• Maintains high expectations for behaviour and achievement
\n
• Has strong classroom management and organisational skills
\n
• Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
\n
