• Manage a caseload of participants, delivering structured support from initial engagement through to progression planning and evaluation.
\n
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement to help participants remain engaged and focused.
\n
• Deliver both 1:1 and group-based interventions aimed at addressing barriers, developing skills, and supporting reintegration into the community.
\n
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to enhance support delivery and connect participants with appropriate services, including housing, health, and substance misuse support.
\n

Criteria:\n

\n
• Experience working in a target-driven environment, with experience of working towards KPIs.
\n
• Mentoring experience, along with an IAG Level 3 qualification, is highly desirable.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Must be IT literate.
\n
