Project Director

We are recruiting for a Project Director to lead a major PBSA development in Euston, London. This is a flagship Central London scheme requiring a strong delivery-focused leader with experience in RC frame construction and complex urban logistics. This role suits a hands-on construction professional from a main contractor or subcontractor background who can take full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Key responsibilities * Lead full project delivery from pre-construction to completion * Manage programme, sequencing and logistics on a constrained Central London site * Oversee design coordination, procurement and subcontractor performance * Lead site and project teams day-to-day * Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships * Drive health & safety, quality and programme certainty * Support commercial performance alongside the commercial lead Requirements * Experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director on major builds * Background in PBSA, residential, hotels or mixed-use schemes * Proven delivery of £50m+ RC frame projects * Experience in Central London or similar urban environments * Irish main contractor or large subcontractor background preferred * Strong leadership and site-based delivery experience Package * £120,000 – £140,000 basic (DOE) * Package + travel allowance * Bonus scheme * Flagship London project ownership * Strong pipeline of PBSA / residential work Why apply?
