Refrigeration Service Engineer We're working with a well-established refrigeration business based in Leicester who are looking to bring in an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join their growing team. This is a mobile role covering commercial and industrial refrigeration environments across Leicester and the wider Midlands region. The position offers a strong mix of service, maintenance and breakdown work, with excellent overtime opportunities available for engineers looking to maximise their earnings. About the role You'll be working across: Commercial refrigeration systems Industrial refrigeration systems Service, maintenance and reactive breakdown support Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Fault-finding and diagnostic work Customer sites across Leicester and the Midlands This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and delivering high standards of service to customers. About you Experience within commercial refrigeration (essential) Industrial refrigeration experience advantageous Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload Professional approach when attending customer sites Essential F-Gas Qualification Full UK Driving Licence Proven experience within commercial refrigeration Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding refrigeration systems Ability to work independently on breakdowns and planned maintenance Highly Desirable Industrial refrigeration experience Experience working on cold rooms, refrigeration plant and associated equipment What's on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) 40-hour working week Excellent overtime opportunities Company vehicle Ongoing training and development Long-term career progression Additional company benefits
