Software Implementation Consultant / Customer Success Executive

We're working with an established and growing technology business looking to hire a Software Implementation Consultant to join their customer delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers to deliver successful software implementations from project kick-off through to go-live.

You'll play a key role in ensuring customers adopt the platform successfully by managing implementations, configuring solutions, coordinating integrations, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

The Role

\n
• Lead software implementation projects for new customers from discovery through to go-live.
\n
• Gather business and technical requirements to understand customer workflows and objectives.
\n
• Configure the software platform to meet customer requirements and best practices.
\n
• Coordinate data migrations and system integrations where required.
\n
• Work closely with internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project delivery.
\n
• Deliver customer onboarding sessions, workshops, and end-user training.
\n
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
\n
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing customer success.
\n

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
\n
• Previous experience in an Implementation Consultant, Implementation Specialist, Implementation Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing role.
\n
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into software solutions.
\n
• Knowledge of software configuration, customer onboarding, integrations, or data migration.
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\n
• A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.
\n

Desirable Experience

\n
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, or other business software platforms.
\n
• Exposure to APIs or third-party integrations.
\n
• Experience within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
\n
• Familiarity with implementation methodologies or project delivery frameworks.
\n
