Supply Planning Coordinator Location: Windsor Job Type: Temporary Supply Planning Coordinator | Supply Chain & Logistics Are you an experienced Supply Planning Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator or Logistics Coordinator looking for your next temporary opportunity? Join a busy supply chain team where you'll play a key role in coordinating supplier orders, warehouse deliveries and customer communications. Key Responsibilities * Manage supplier orders from purchase order through to warehouse delivery. * Chase order confirmations, production updates and delivery schedules. * Coordinate inbound deliveries with 3PL warehouse partners. * Monitor deliveries and resolve shortages, delays and delivery issues. * Keep customers updated on order status and delivery timelines. * Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse and Operations teams. * Escalate supply risks to maintain excellent service levels. Skills & Experience * Previous experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics, Order Management, Customer Service or a coordination role. * Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. * Experience working with suppliers, warehouses and customers. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * ERP or order management system experience is desirable.
