Site Manager

I'm working with a well-established façade contractor based in London who is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager due to a growing workload. The company delivers façade packages on projects ranging from £1m-£10m, including both new build developments and re-cladding/remediation schemes across London and the South East. They have an excellent reputation within the façade sector and a strong pipeline of secured work. The Role Managing day-to-day site operations on façade and cladding projects. Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Monitoring quality, progress and site productivity. Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. Attending site meetings and liaising with clients, main contractors and consultants. Working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure successful project delivery. Rewards & Benefits £50,000 - £65,000 salary. Company car or car allowance. Pension. Annual bonus. Ongoing training and career progression. Long-term pipeline of secured projects. Requirements Previous experience working for a specialist façade, cladding or external envelope contractor. Experience managing façade installation packages on live construction sites. Strong understanding of health and safety and quality control. Excellent communication and organisational skills. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. Full UK driving licence
