Coordinador de Servicio

Buscamos un(a) Coordinador(a) de Servicio para coordinar las solicitudes de servicio de clientes, programar visitas técnicas y brindar seguimiento a los casos, asegurando una atención eficiente y un alto nivel de servicio.

Responsabilidades
Atender solicitudes de servicio por teléfono y correo electrónico.
Coordinar servicios técnicos, mantenimientos preventivos e instalaciones.
Registrar y actualizar información en CRM (Salesforce o similar).
Preparar cotizaciones, facturación y seguimiento de órdenes y backorders.
Coordinar con técnicos, clientes, suplidores y otros departamentos.
Brindar un servicio al cliente profesional y oportuno.
