Resource Employment Solutions is seeking an Inspector/Packer in this entry-level role to inspect and pack products up to quality standards, with opportunities to train and advance into operating converting machines. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and finished products, operating equipment, and ensuring safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day

• Start-up and shutdown equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Package products according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Reinforce safety principles.
• Operate computers to monitor and change process variables.
• Communicate shift updates and ensure proper relief for continuous operation.
